Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that sometimes things come up and schedules need to change. In the event you need to cancel, please kindly let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Please note that should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $30 fee will be applied to your next appointment.

No Shows

Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make your appointment. Unfortunately, all no-shows will automatically be required to pay a $30 fee in order to re-book. 2 or more no shows will result in bookings needing full payment in advance.

Deposit Policy

A deposit payment is required for all new clients in order to secure your appointment. All deposits will be deducted from the balance on the day of your service. The deposit can be paid via email money transfer (blisslashstudio@gmail.com) If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us at least 24 hours notice and we will provide a refund on your deposit. After 24 hours deposit is non-refundable.

Allergic Reactions

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. if you've experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to any products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be provided prior to the appointment, simply email or call us with this request. Please note, refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we would be happy to remove the lashes free of charge. Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates. Do not attempt to remove extensions yourself. I recommend that you allow 24 hours before going away or on vacation in case you have a reaction.
